Jaws of life and his car is aptly described as "wreckage."

Haven't heard yet whether the injuries are life-threatening , but the "multiple leg injuries" reported in that story do not bode well for him playing golf after this.

In case anyone is writing on this, there's no such thing as "Jaws of Life."

There's hydraulic cutters, spreaders, a combo tool that does both and also rams.

Jaws of Life is a catch-all term used to describe those hydraulic tools but there's not actually "jaws."

Based on early reports, it sounds like he has tib/fib fractures in one or both legs and maybe a broken femur in one or both legs. There's also a possible pelvis fracture along with possible torn ligaments and tendons in both knees. How bad the injuries will be is if the engine block came detached and moved into the cabin. If that's the case, all the above and more.

You can tell TMZ, who have probably blown past a couple million hits in 30 minutes.

Also, I believe "jaws of life" are also solely manufactured by Hurst, who created the device. Other companies make similar tools, and they're all casually referred to as the "jaws of life".

    It's a Jacuzzi/hot tub, Band-Aid/bandage, Kleenex/facial tissue situation.

ESPN really screwed this up. At 3 pm, they went to "The Jump" as scheduled. Put host Rachel Nichols in an absurd spot. She had to ask her guests, Brian Windhorst and Kendrick Perkins, about Tiger. They didn't go to SportsCenter until 3:20.
