    Damn .294 is almost poisoning right? So wife watches the yacht reality show and I saw a bit when Damon was the guest, a lot of drinking but didn’t seem like too bad a guy.

    He shouldn't, but the issue should go beyond that. The MLBPA should be all over this. It isn't new for a team to hold a prospect back when he is ready for the majors to avoid starting his service clock, but they normally aren't stupid enough to admit it publicly.

    Does the collective bargaining agreement prevent a team from holding a prospect back to delay the start of the service clock?
