If the prospect was so loyal why didn't he sign during the early signing period. What was he waiting for? The rule of recruiting in the past couple of years is if you are committed and don't sign in December, you're not committed.

    Finally spring football worth watching!

I know FCS is starting. Is Division II going to give a go at it as well?

No-go for the Division II league out here (RMAC).

Looks the same for the Great Northwest, which is down to three football schools (Central Washington, Western Oregon and Simon Fraser) after Asusa Pacific dropped football.

This has already happened. Jacksonville State, Central Arkansas and Eastern Kentucky joined the ASun last week. ASun will start FCS football and there will be some sort of weird three-way FCS conference featuring the WAC, ASun and Big South going forward, at least until the WAC schools all move together to FBS. Liberty (FBS indy) and Stetson (non-scholarship) will not participate in the ASun, which right now has the three aforementioned schools along with North Alabama and Kennesaw State.

Big South, which loves to teeter on the brink of extinction, will have a lineup of Gardner-Webb, Charleston Southern, Campbell, Hampton, Monmouth, North Carolina A&T and Robert Morris. Monmouth is stuck because it's a full-scholarship program, leaving the CAA as the only option for them to leave, and I don't think the CAA cares to add Monmouth. Hawks already left the limited-scholarship Northeast and the Patriot is also limited scholarship.

Holy shit, that’s Nixon goes to China stuff for that state, even if it is in Fayetteville.
