    Honest question:

How much of Eric Bienemy's inability to get an NFL head coaching job has to do with the fact that his team has now made the conference championship three years running, rendering him unavailable for an interview?

It's a part of it. As well as a checkered past and that he's regarded here, at least, as a jerk, to say it mildly.

Some of these hires....Bienemy or no Bienemy. Staley has just four years as an NFL assistant. OLBs, OLBs, then DC and HC. I'm surprised he even got an interview. His entire career is Khalil Mack, Von Miller and Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. Figure it might be a bit different with the bolts. See also Dan Quinn going to Atlanta without Seattle's LOB.

Staley — not good enough for The Plain Dealer.

Apparently, no one in Detroit learned anything from the Jim Schwartz reign of error ...

I've seen mention on here of Bienem's checkered past. What did he do, or what are the allegations?

You think he won that presser? I also don’t think players relate to that crap anymore
