Wow! The Nets ownership and front office just might have passed Dolan and the Knicks for unimaginable stupidity. The Nets are already irrelevant in NY, with the lack of young talent and draft picks if this doesn't lead to a title (and it won't) the team will fade into complete oblivion in NYC. Incredible that they would pick up another cancer after the Kyrie nonsense. This will be the Garnett/Pierce trade all over again. Wreckage will ensue.

This is a comically, spectacularly awful trade for Brooklyn. Just a disaster.

I wouldn't trade LeVert and Allen for Harden and they threw in four first-rounders.

Kevin Durant is their best player and he'll never touch the ball.

    Idiots.

Meanwhile, Cleveland basically gets Jared Allen for Dante Exum.

At least trading Allen saves them the awkward "compare and contrast" whenever they insist on playing DeAndre Jordan

    True.

I believe Jordan logged a DNP-COACH'S DECISION last night.

Durant, Kyrie and Harden on the same team - what could go wrong?

I kind of wonder how long Kyrie will be there now.

Every year like clockwork the NBA has a blockbuster trade that makes absolutely no sense.

I’ve watched a lot of Jarrett Allen. He’s mediocre. Great athlete but when the going gets really tough, you can’t have him on the floor.

If the Nets are good, and the pics are in the bottom half - it's a great trade for the Nets. If it blows up and the team is dismantled within two years, its a toxic mess. How hard is it to be better than the Knicks? It's not a high bar and the Nets typically...

Durant, Westbrook and Harden will end together too.
