Will COVID-19 be the needle that finally bursts the sports bubble?

    Maybe 8,000 in a 30,000-seat soccer stadium. I'm pro-mask, but I don't even want to go to the arena if I have to wear one for three-plus hours.

    I would say 5/7 Canadian cities are too damn cold.

    I don’t think so. The outdoor games in Ottawa and Edmonton have been miserable fan experiences.

    It's almost like the Canadian teams have the community in mind instead of looking for loopholes to get around the regulations.

    Merced College, a juco in Central California, decides not to field teams this year in football, both basketballs and both water polos. Will field teams in women's volleyball, both swimmings, baseball, softball, both soccers and both track and fields.

    No, they really wouldn’t. It’s teams who need to make some sort of revenue and where fans will enjoy the novelty.

    Add the LA Bowl (MW vs. Pac 12) to the list of cancelled bowls.

    I mean it's not shocking. The schools have all scuttled in-person instruction for spring.
