How do you go into a debate in Iowa and not know the price of corn or soybeans? How the hell does that happen?

FATUS's campaign manager, personal lawyer, and longtime political advisor have been convicted of serious felony crimes.

In fairness, given the rise of corporate farming, what is the percentage of Iowa citizens whose lives are impacted by the daily minutiae of commodities pricing?

Everybody who lives and works in the cities and towns and hamlets dependent on the economic power of those corporate farms, whose pricing power or lack thereof also has an enormous impact on remaining family farms. Why else do you think Trump is handing billions in subsidies to farmers hurt by his trade policies? Look, I'm not in college anymore and my children aren't either, but what happens in higher education has a significant impact on the economy of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts and everyone knows it.
