I really don't know which is worse - those who die of COVID who knew its dangers and took precautions or those who dismissed it out of a sense of political allegience. One is science, the other is even more troubling. I'd like to think this would be a wake up call for the doubters but...

Odds Trump tweets more about Cain than he did John Lewis? Probably off the board.

Do they know if he caught the non-existent, Soros-created flu at the Tulsa klan rally?

Herman Cain is the name, and he rode on the #MAGA train.

    Herman Cain is the name
and I worked for a pizza chain
'til Romney's Calvary came and tore up the polls again

In the summer of 2020, I was spunky, just feeling alive
By June 20th, Tulsa was full
It's a time I remember oh so well...

The night the COVID pulled me down
    and the Trump was beaming
The night the COVID pulled me down
    and the people were yelling:

They went, "na, no masks for us,
    na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na-na."

Back with my wife South of Tennessee
when one day she called to me:
    "Herman, quick, come and see!
Your temp is one hundred and three!"

Now I don't mind coughing blood
and I don't care if my breathing's no good
You doubt the virus and ignore the rest
But I should not have ignored that COVID test

The night the COVID pulled me down
    and the Trump was beaming
The night the COVID pulled me down
and all the people were yelling:

They went, "na, no masks for us,
    na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na-na."

Like my father once told me,
    "Don't you trust 'The Man.'"
And my brother tried to tell me,
    "Don't take a stupid stand."

Don't trust this regime, be loud but behave
Or the virus could make your grave
I swear this crud has got me beat,
and you can't raise a Cain back up when he's in defeat.

The night the COVID pulled me down
    and the Trump was beaming
The night the COVID pulled me down
and all the people were yelling:

They went, "na, no masks for us,
    na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na-na."
