The Trump morons will say it’s underlying conditions, not COVID. They always have an answer.

At least a semi-serious question here. If college football can't play because of Covid-19, does Trump pay a price come the election (in mid-season)? There are gonna be a lot of pissed off Bubbas, and the easy and obvious direction to point the finger is at the man in charge.

    Gonna be interesting to watch.

They've already bent over backwards to blame "the media" and anyone else except the people responsible, so I'm not optimistic.

Once the games are not there on Saturday, that one is going to get old, because everyone knows that the media don't control that, and that if anything the networks are losing all kind of money without games to televise. Sooner or later they're going to be faced with "There are no games because the pandemic ran wild".

Nope. They're never going to blame their lord and savior. His popularity is still 81% among the GOP.
Back in April, I thought they might blame him if SEC football wasn't played. But they'll blame the libruhl media first and perhaps their guvnuh second. (Particularly true in Kentucky and Louisiana). Never Trump.
He still leads in two of the three most recent Georgia polls. Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky haven't been deemed worthy of polling at all.
Florida is the only real question mark.

Google is one of the best run companies in the nation. It's run by smart guys, and they hire the best and the brightest young minds. They have access to all the information anyone could want.

It was announced today that most jobs at Google will continue to be work-from-home until July, 2021.

You think maybe they know something we don't?

They know exactly what everybody else knows.

Which is why the idiotic actions taken by so many people in this country since April have been so frustrating.

This isn't about knowing something with certainty. It's about using all of the available information to make difficult, but reasoned decisions.
