    It never gets any less frustrating to see someone get hired for a position like that coming straight of college. The only thing I can tell myself is that the pay must not be good, but even still, to have experience as a professional journalist and see this is discouraging.

    I mean... I'd hope so.
    My actual response to this will definitely be seen as hating, and I'm going to refrain from that. So yes, he's definitely doing something right.

    Unfortunately it happens, especially in today’s world and climate. Have dealt with this myself. But just focus on the things you can control and keep grinding. Someone will take notice if it is meant to be
