I expect the Rangers to conduct themselves like assholes.

Fuck the team, and the policy too.

Nothing says "BASEBALL'S BACK" than Yankees-Nationals.

    So we should see:

    Dodgers-Mariners
    Red Sox-Marlins
    Royals-Brewers
    Rockies-Rangers
    Rays-Braves

    Baseball! Reuniting the country.

Alert: No one gives a shit

Tebow forbid MLB promote anything without getting the Yankees involved.

If the Mouse had its druthers, the Yankees and Red Sox would play each other 60 times.

I mean, if you're into pitching, Cole vs. Scherzer is great. And the defending World Series champs against the Yankees. The Yankees, of course, were always going to be one of the prime time Opening Day games, assuming they can pull this off. (I know, assume).

Long way to go before we know if there will actually be baseball, but that opener is pretty good.

I wonder how much of the first week will be interleague stuff. There's a logic to getting those done early as sort of an extended spring before division games.

MLB's dream has always been to prop up and create another rival for Satan of the South Bronx. Now they've got it with the Walgreens.

Tebow will be a Met at some point in this bastardized season. He'll play in nominal Major League Baseball. And he'll owe it to the Trumpandemic, a disease his klan continually denies to acknowledge.

The Rangers are just one of those franchises that’s like, just there with no personality. They’re like Toby from The Office. Just this bland franchise.

Until the two WS teams, which were both losses anyways, not much in nationally recognizable franchise moments, besides Ryan beating up Ventura.

Four guys total who played for the team are in the Hall of Famer and only one of them spent more than six seasons with the team (Pudge). The first ballpark sucked, the second one was nice, but just got tossed.

Would anyone outside of a 75-mile radius of Dallas-Fort Worth really care if the Rangers took the season off?

Too hot for most of the season. Then in August, high school footbawwwwl starts. It's still too hot for anything in Texas, but the alleged change of season drains the fan base.
Absurd that they got the public to fund another ballpark.
But true to form in a perpetually Trumpist state, the need to run money through the economy eclipses employees' health concerns.
