Jesus, Isiah is becoming more famous for being left off the Dream Team.
Like Pete Rose and the HOF.

No, he's not. He's becoming more of the douchebag than he already was since it's reviving so many memories of how hated the Pistons were -- and still are.

Hated or not, they were a fucking great team.

Begrudgingly, they were. But 1988 was so great when the Lakers beat them. It didn't top 1985 or 1987, but it was great. That Game 6 was unreal when that a**hole had like 41 or 43.

I was behind the 18th green at the Country Club for the Open on both days. To show you how rivalries and times change, the gallery was chanting "Beat LA" as they listened to the game on transistor radios (I am old).
PS: Isiah was a great player and what he did in Game Six was amazing. Just because he sucks as a person shouldn't affect how that's seen.

Isiah scoring 16 points in the last 94 seconds in the deciding game 5 of the 1984 playoffs against the Knicks was unreal. Peak Bernard King as well.

Do you include Harden? Westbrook? Irving?

    There is only one basketball.

Not Irving. Harden and Westbrook yes. They don't have to be on the court at the same time.

I think I'm a yes on Harden and Irving. Borderline on Westbrook.

    Rough idea:

    Curry
    Harden
    Lillard
    Irving
    Durant
    James
    Leonard
    Davis
    Towns
    Thompson
    Aldridge
    Williamson

That leaves Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, and Paul George out, and you could absolutely make arguments to put them in.

I don't think Williamson has earned it yet, but he could by the time the team is picked next spring. Jayson Tatum a decent longshot.
