    It's not just the high pick but that Javale moves in sync with LeBron to create a lane while getting into position to box out.

    Whoever designed that play is earning his money.

    It’s a smart play. Lopez tends to clog the lane when his player sets a pick. So unless you want to leave LeBron open from 3 by going under, the defender has to chase. Once LeBron uses his skill and power to get ahead of him, Lopez needs to step up faster but Javale beat him to the spot and sealed him. If Lopez steps up, at least you force the pass or difficult shot.
