    Good point, which is the real Doug Ford? The guy who's administration made ruinous cuts across the board and made a shambles of the school year with his war with the teacher's unions or the guy who has adeptly steered the province through this mess?

    Among the differences on how things are handled up here: Trudeau and the provinces are working together.

    One of the stand-up comics - - don't recall which one - - said that Canada had wonderful people, a great healthcare system and was the birthplace of William Shatner. Two out of three ain't bad...
