    All those professional athletes with nothing to do for a month ... How long until one (or more) do something monumentally stupid that gives sportswriters plenty of material to write about?

    Gawd no. In an industry where the sports anchors stay forever (Jim Hill, Fred Rogan, et. al.), he got dumped rather quickly. I think I remember that he wanted to be an actor, but he was a bad actor.

    I have long had a desire to visit the UP in the dead of Texas summer, but never have pulled the trigger. I doubt corona is still a thing by the end of July, but maybe I can bank enough vacation in the meantime to make it happen. Suggestions?
