Why would he get a worse punishment than the MVP who cheated to win a World Series? He asked rhetorically

Severino with forearm pain and a "loose body" in his elbow gets shut down. Add in Paxton's surgery, German's suspension and, suddenly, what should have been top-5 AL starting rotation is scrambling to fill 60 percent of its innings.

It's been near 80 all week, so of course it's 49 and misty this morning in Bradenton. That's Florida.

More like WTF. I mean, he already lost half a season after a mountain bike crash, and now he's a cowboy? F it. Arizona's problem.

Is Kris Bryant in the leadoff position good strategy? I don't know enough about the Cubs' offensive problems.

They haven't had a leadoff hitter since Fowler left. They've tried a bunch of different people in the position and only Rizzo worked. But they want Rizzo hitting behind Bryant so they can alternate handedness throughout the lineup (due to the new three-batter rule). So they're going Bryant-Rizzo-Baez-Schwarber-Contreras as their first five.

    That makes sense, thank you.

I don't like two lefties hitting in a row under any circumstances. Why make it easy for the opposing manager.
