The PGA Tour has a master plan to eventually handle production of the broadcasts, and you can see how they're working the puppet strings with the talent. So eventually when Patrick Reed tamps down another lie or scoops out bunker sand like your toddler at the beach, it won't be aired and it won't be discussed. Chilling to think about.

That’s so wrong. And swapping out Kostis for DLIII shows just how bland they want it.

Especially with Rich Beem already doing work for Sky Sports and Sirius. I found it interesting that they broom Kostis and McCord to make the broadcast "younger," then hire 55-year-old Love.

Was Reed’s caddie whacking the side of a garbage can with a driver??

No. He was whacking the side of a fan.

Didn’t people dislike Reed for years?

The Reed stuff is juicy and the media's all over it, but he also had some really good and non-bitter takes on the overall TV golf product.

    Jezus, Kostis brings the hammer.

He tells the story that he was interviewing a rookie after his first win. Kostis asked him about the 2 year exemption, and Master's entry.

He got a call from his boss the next day.
He didn't mention the 500 Fed Ex points!

It really was; leaves me wondering what Astro’s game will be Patrick Reed bobble head night.
