    Greetings to all,

The Richmond Times-Dispatch is looking to fill a position on our sports desk. The ideal candidate will have experience with design and copy editing principles, in addition to being web savvy.

You'll be working with an award-winning team to both produce the daily paper and keep our website up-to-date. Expect to work nights and weekends.

If you've got specific questions I'm happy to answer them. Here's the link to apply:
Job opportunity at local paper, a subsidiary of BH Media Group, Inc. - Sports Page Designer and Copy Editor

    Thanks!

Literally two jobs in one. What’s the compensation?

Now that the Times-Dispatch is part of Lee, won't you be shifting design to one of their hubs soon? What will that mean for the long-term viability of this position?

The position is full-time hourly, and overtime will be paid for work beyond 40 hours a week (and we actually do pay overtime, it's not a sham thing).

You didn't answer the question. What is the compensation, i.e salary, for this two-jobs-in-one position? And how is it scaled for position?
