    And yet he's a Radford Highlander alum. Majored in general schmooze with a minor in rap lyrics.

    Hey, I don't wish Marty anything but success. But I'm just blown away by how he's played that "aw, shucks" stereotypical "Talladega Nights" cartoon character into an actual paying job at the WWL.

    I hate to say it, but developing a persona - whether loved or hated (the more the better in each case) is better than being vanilla if you want to stand out.
