Bert Campaneris is 77 years old and I’m sure he still a punk ass.

Several years after the Campaneris-LaGrow dustup, the scene replayed itself almost precisely in a HS game around here.
Big hunkin 6-4 pitcher drills gutty gritty little 5-8 infielder in the butt with a fastball. Gritty gutty infielder steps up and hurls the bat straight at the pitcher.
Pitcher grabs the bat out of the air one handed. (Think Geena Davis.) He then begins stomping ponderously toward home plate with the bat in his hand.
Gritty gutty infielder wheels, sprints to the dugout gate, hops the fence, then runs about a half mile down the road, not to return for a couple innings.
Umpire rolls eyes, says, "well, that's that." Game goes on.

Your periodical reminder that the Cardinals, who have plenty of fans in like 14 different fucking states (and are blacked out in at least six), still get competitive balance picks. What a fucking crock of shit.

Nats and Braves lose out there.

Opens up a bidding war for Bryant if the Cubs decide to deal him.

Kieboom and Ross, that's the best offer. Take it right now.
Unless you have Arenado to offer, Robles is off the table
