I've never been there, but from what I've read and heard I think the consensus is:

    1) It's hard to get in and out of. It's in the boonies, so there's no public transportation and maybe only one or two ways in and out.

    2) The gameday experience is awful. Since interest in the Redskins has declined, the stadium is half empty. The half that is full has a large percentage of the opposing team's fans. On top of that, the Redskins are constantly trying to find ways to gouge their fans for parking and tickets.

    3) The stadium itself is aging. It's 20-25 years old, which is about the time when it should require some modernization or replacement. The Redskins (and their fans) want the latter, but they don't have nearly enough support to get it done yet. So they're in limbo -- do they keep pushing for a new stadium or invest a couple hundred million to fix up the old one that has a number of underlying issues? In the meantime, they keep removing seats (not tarping them off, but physically dismantling sections of the stadium) and letting others slide in appearance. The end result is a bad atmosphere for the home fans, bad football, and a stadium that's the stadium equivalent of going to your 25th high school reunion and seeing that the homecoming queen has ballooned up to 300 pounds and lost most of her teeth. It's a depressing place to visit.

There are barely 2 beltway exits to get in and out so all traffic eventually gets funneled into 2 lanes. 10 lanes in the parking lot merging into 2 to get out. There’s nothing around the stadium but shitty housing and cheap office parks. The retail that was there was ghetto crime and fast food. There’s no mass transit and almost no offsite parking. There’s no history of tailgating and there’s zero atmosphere. The Wizards/Caps arena is downtown and caused a huge area of DC to be redeveloped and it’s great. Nats Park redeveloped the SE/SW waterfront and it’s awesome. FedEx in trash suburb county did nothing. The amenities are no better than a mid 1990s college stadium.
And Snyder owns the whole thing. And if it fell into the earth with him in it, no one would miss it or him.

You've pretty much nailed it. You can take the Metro to a station that's more than a mile away from the stadium. Parking passes can go for like $60, which is just fucking stupid considering the costs of a game. If Dallas or Philadelphia is in town, their asshole fans overrun the place and if you say a word to them, you get punched in the face. The talk of a new stadium is in Ashburn, where they currently train. If possible, that would be worse than FedEx because it's in eastern Loudoun County, which -- without traffic -- is 40 minutes from D.C. proper. With traffic? You'll never get there. It's a nice affluent area but so far removed from D.C. that it makes no sense. Think Glendale for the Coyotes.

God I fucking hate the Redskins right now. Good thing the Caps are killing it, else I'd think about it more.

Can the Raiders be considered a well-coached team with the number of stupid penalties? Their pass defense is horrible and their offense never seems to get out of second gear.

An mvp who you said would be out of the league in 5 years. Nothing more than a backup. You’re damn rights that’s worth a first. You should stop evaluating football players. But you made up with it with Mahomes. Lol.

Just last year you said Mahomes was shit. Your talent evaluation should be taken with a grain of salt.

There were some real real good players in that draft. Von Miller (taken second after Newton) Julio Jones and J.J. Watt are the particular standouts in that first round. But considering how important quarterback is, odds are any franchise bad enough to get that number one pick would have selected Newton.
