    You're right. I was responding from memory when I saw it earlier in the day and had not seen it since.

    Well, "presentation editors" and the like sure worried about it.

    At our place in 2008 a new Senior Vice President/General Manager came riding in, and he had a meeting with our 22(!) designers. After the design supervisor gave him the lowdown on how great we are and what wonderful work we did, the new guy basically said, "Well, that doesn't move the needle" and went on to stress how "moving the needle" was what it's all about from now on.

    Not a lot of happy people exited that meeting. And when I left in 2011, we were down to about five designers.
