He and his lawyers will say and do anything to rationalize his action, even lie about it and trash and threaten witnesses against him. In that regard he’s no different that trump. And in that regard he’s playing to his base. Which is smart. The tide will slowly shift to Brown. A series of she said he said and indignant responses of an innocent man. Those predisposed to believe him will and the media will cover his defenses as earnestly and judgment free as the accusations. The NFL has nothing to suspend him for and he will be a free agent by week 6.

What base? What the fuck are you talking about? The Patriots aren't worried about being re-elected to the NFL. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are not mounting a primary challenge for the long held seat. It's called a contract, dumbass. There are laws that couldn't give two shits about public opinion. He has legal options (that will likely not end well for him and probably make things worse) or he can go pout in a corner. The NFL comes out looking like the adults in the room and continues to make billions.

He’s deleted some tweets - including one celebrating Klemko getting death threats for the story that got him fired.

    Brown is a sociopath.
This guy needs an intervention, not another contract to play football.

It's hard to feel bad for agents and lawyers, but I am not envying the jobs of Rosenhaus or those lawyers right now.

Lawyer/Rosenhaus: "Can you please lay low and not tweet/text/say something stupid for 24 hours?"
    Brown: "Ha."

All of this work and Brown is probably going to stiff them when the bill comes.

The benefit of having a dumbass for a client is you are smarter than they are and can go after the money owed.

The downside of having a dumbass for a client is they do something stupid with their money to hide it that you as a smart person never would have considered.

Or they blow all their money on stupid purchases and there’s nothing left to get.

I don't think Antonio Brown and the word smart have ever collided in the same sentence.
