Any Democrat breathing and at least slightly upright gets my vote. Twice if I move to Chicago.

Public reminder that Trump’s reelection prospects are abysmal by all current objective measures.

Pompeo could use a double tap. As could his boss.

Something else to be specifically prohibited in the Presidential Standards and Behavior Amendment.

Team Fatboy is defending the idea with, "Well, Nixon did it (with Kissinger)."

Yeah. Nixon. There's your role model.

Pass laws. Courts aren’t designed as lawmaking vehicles

But for the next 16 months, they just need not to talk about it very much.

Just nod and smile agreeably. Then win the White House and the Senate.

And then, at 8 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2021, announce the name of twelve (12) new Supreme Court nominees, all flamingly radical and under 30 except for Merrick Garland and Barack Obama, and then, as soon as the Democratic Senate is gaveled to order, the first motion is to accept the nominees immediately, without debate, by voice vote.

Since an act of Congress to expand the size of the court will be necessary, that will be simultaneously being rammed through the Democratic HOR, to be passed before lunchtime and punched by the Senate as soon as they get back from lunch at Wendy's.

The nominees can be confirmed and sworn in by dinner time.

They most certainly can and do legislate from the bench. The Republicans have a 5-4 majority on the court. Dems need to pack it if they get the opportunity.

Fools gold. Not the way government should work.

Once the Supreme Court is set at a 15-6
edge for liberals/progressives, why of course then we'd be willing to discuss an amendment to freeze it at 15 (through natural attrition).
