    This Hall of Famer was named to only three All-Star teams, the fewest of any Hall of Famer who debuted after the inception of the game in 1933.

    The answer is 94 by 2010 and 117 since.

    I don't remember the exact numbers recited, but it was like one game in the 1940s, and three each in the 50s and 60s.

    I will say that this guy only being in three all star games is not indicative of him being some lesser Hall of Famer.
    Answer was Aaron Pointer, who yes is the brother of the Pointer sisters.
