Whenever I hear something like that, I think of the Jovan Belcher murder-suicide. Like, he shot himself in the head in front of his GM and head coach, and they played the game the next night.

Which are on full display in a lot of the criticisms of Luck.

Nobody would have read it if it wasn’t heavy handed. Fierce criticism of football gets hits.

If the Colts had even whispered considering it, they’d never get another free agent.

Robert Smith retiring at 28 after a career year was pretty surprising...but of course when he revealed his issues with alcoholism and stuff it made a more sense that he needed to eliminate that from his life.

We can always count on you marking down that glass as half-empty.

    Well, it’s true.

Indianapolis played its shitball card Saturday night with the leak.

Don’t overlook Goddell telling Luck to retire immediately after the reports of all-night gambling benders at the Kansas City casinos before the playoff game.

I expect Luck to play Double-A baseball by March.

Oliver Luck better watch his back.

I guess if you’ve watched your father die as Glen did and had a teammate kill himself (and it be brushed aside by the university), you’ve got a right to be heavy handed.
