    Wouldn’t it just be a hoot if all of these wheezing, scooter-riding, boomer MAGA twits had their 401ks slashed as they plunge into retirement like the log at one of those amusement park water rides? Yeah, we’re gonna get fucked too, but I already had zero Hope for my generation anyways.

    Can you explain a little bit about why you think Harrison Bergeron is relevant to Trump's mindset? I just read the story for the first time and did not get that at all.

    Yeah, Trump's worldview has nothing to do with that story. At all.

    If anything that story is a cautionary tale about what might happen in a progressive utopia.

    Baron Harkonnen of Dune comes to mind. Various critics have called the character a"a decadent, monstrous gasbag of depravity and evil" and "cruel, sadistic and hedonistic."
