Yup. Those tweets by Portnoy seem like pretty much the definition of interfering with protected concerted activity.

If there isn't a compliant filed with the NLRB by 5 pm, then someone isn't doing their job. This is about as blatant of a violation of Section 8(a)(1) of the NLRA as exists.

 

His employees work for Barstool. I can't imagine there's a surplus of self-respect there.
