With Jorge Polanco getting the nod Tuesday, who was the last Minnesota Twin to start at shortstop in the All-Star game?

Has to be Smalley or Versailles?

You got it and what was going to be my follow up bonus question.

    From the StarTribune:

He is the first Twins All-Star shortstop since Christian Guzman in 2001 and the third Twins shortstop to start an All-Star Game, joining Roy Smalley (1979) and Zoilo Versalles (1963).

Who was the last Washington Senator (rangers version) to play in the MLB?

Hoyt Wilhelm is one, I think.

Toby Harrah or Bill Grieve, I forget which one.

It was Toby Harrah, who also could spell his last name forward and backward the same way.

Hoyt is one. Earl Averill is the third. In 1989, I would laid my paper route money for a month that Will Clark would be on the list one day.

Harrah was the first Texas Rangers All-Star. Who was the last Washington Senator All-Star?

Whose record for the longest field goal in an NFL game did Tom Dempsey break? And how long was the previous record holder’s kick?
