    Caps sign Carl Hagelin to a 4-year, $11M deal. $2.75M cap hit. Not bad. I'm guessing that they'll go for the bridge deal with Vrana and try to keep Burakovsky, who is an RFA. Connolly will probably go elsewhere. Not enough money to keep everyone.

    If Trouba’s people told them we’re going to free agency no matter what, that could be why
    Rangers have a year to convince Trouba to sign with them
