I guess it bugs me what recruiting has become - players trying on uniforms before signing? All the social media? Yeah I'm an "old" - about the only out I'd give them would be if the coach who recruited him or the HC bailed for another job between signing day and their first day in the program.

Says a lot about your friend and the town he lives in.

Then shouldn’t they have all 4 years of their scholarship guaranteed?

What exactly does it say, oh all-knowing one?
You read one sentence and it prompted you to make a bold statement about the character of a person you've never met. Your statements on here say a lot about you.
And it's wonderful that you're trolling me again.

Name a rural town in football country that doesn't have the exact same attitude.

It says their priorities are completely out of whack. The same priorities Penn State fans have.

Things I didn't say in my post:

    1. That the school board there should be given the Medal of Freedom.
    2. That the athletic director would make a great Boy Scout leader.
    3. That JC is as witty as he is handsome.
    4. That hiring a disgraced college football coach is right if you want to win at the high school level.
