Not the shot, the throwaway with one second left that gave Texas Tech a chance at the win.

I read your post too quickly. I actually disagree with you on that. The guy who rebounded it lost his balance and had to get rid of it. The other guy was wisely trying to call timeout. As it happened, when he turned his head the other guy passed him the ball. It was bad luck, caused by two guys who were making the right move.

It wasn't nearly as boneheaded as the 3-point attempt. The game was tied. You play for the last shot and if you miss, the clock expires and you go to OT. Instead, he chucked up a contested 3-pointer with like 10 seconds to play. If the Virginia guy had called that timeout a half-second sooner, the Cavaliers would have had 7 or 8 seconds to run a play with the game tied and probably would have decided this thing in regulation.

Hunter knocking down shot after shot and UVA not missing a FT for about an hour is what won it for UVA.

They got one call. That didn’t turn the game.

    Who fucking cares.
They'll be known more for choking on their chode as a 1 seed than this.

That was fucking stupid. The defender swiped the ball away and it went straight out of bounds. Now we're analyzing how long it stayed in contact with the finger of the offensive player as it was swiped away? Blecch.

I've about had it with replay altogether. It's a total crutch for these guys now.

So Virginia fans, a serious question. Since it's fair to say this doesn't happen without the other, was it worth losing to a 16-seed to win a national championship?

Just hope Charlottesville does a better job with this celebration than the last big gathering that was in town...

Man, Texas Tech’s Lord and Savior clearly disappeared in overtime. Time to find a new Lord

    A title is a title.

I don’t think you understand how many Virginia Tech fans will finally be told to shut the fuck up, and shut the fuck up for a long time.

    Worth every bit.
