    Damn. Orta was no angel, but the police and CO actions are unconscionable.

    The police system in this country is broken, and I'm not hopeful that it will ever be better. The Rehnquist ruling in 1989 set the stage for this, and for fucking sure I won't shed a tear when that old white fuck dies.
