    I'll say it without any guilt. Top college coaches are worth the money. The joke is the other programs that feel throwing millions at a coach without a title will bring the program credibility the coach doesn't merit.

    Here's an interesting one. Florida's top recruit in their 2019 class, Chris Steele, has entered the transfer portal out of frustration with the coaching staff for not listening to him regarding another player.

    Apparently Steele was assigned to room with incoming quarterback Jalon Jones. Steele was concerned about Jones' character and penchant for getting in trouble and asked the coaches to quietly move him. The coaches ignored his request. Jones entered the transfer portal last week and when he did it was discovered that he was being investigated for multiple sexual assaults earlier in April with two women (the incidents allegedly happened less than an hour apart). Anyway Steele let his parents know the situation and they told him to get out of there.
