They nailed the scene to one of the best literary passages of all time.

Baldwin in Glengarry - Nicholson's "You can't handle the truth scene"; good writing, good casting, great execution.

Good mention here. Gets me every time. Also really like when McGavin mimes how to pour the BBs into the gun. That little nod, and the quiet, "They run all over."
That scene feels so, so real.

J.C. Quinn should have won an Oscar for this monologue.

The pull from the bottle at 1:24. He knows what needs to be done and that he needs to get to a bad place to do it. This is his first step on the path he's taking to The Bad Place.

I actually think it's the final scene in the kitchen in Moonstruck. About 10 minutes of perfection.

The scene in “The Sting” where Shaw cheats Lonegan with 4 Jacks to his 4 nines.
“You owe me fifteen grand, pal.”
Great tension building during the whole poker game thread from the time Newman crashes drunk through the door.
Robert Shaw and Paul Newman played that scene as well as can be acted.
