Best Pine Barrens moment, for me

Paulie: "He was an interior decorator."
Chris (after a pause): "His apartment looked like shit."

On rewatching The Sopranos and The Wire, I still loved The Wire but was annoyed at how The Sopranos was a caricature. The Wire could be seen too as a caricature, but i thought they rounded the characters out.

I really miss when Sunday night at 9 p.m. on HBO was truly must-see TV. You had a 10-week series, a couple-week break, another series, break, another series, repeat.

I saw every episode but 1 live when it what first on (either HBO or if I was busy on HBO West). I remember once having to pull a Sunday all-nighter at work, and I came home from 2-3 a.m. to watch the episode, shower and change.

Because I never knew how to tape with our VCR, I usually watched the episode the next night as well.

Talk radio station where I reside was asking listeners for their choice of best TV show of all time only yesterday. The Sopranos got a lot of votes.

I've been rewatching the series from the start. Pie-O-My just died in the arson fire, leading to Ralphie's demise.

I fast-forward through some of the visits to Melphie's office but on the whole it's held up really well.

Told by Tony that the escaped Russian worked for the Ministry of the Interior and killed 12 Chechyans:
Paulie: "You're not going believe this, guy killed 16 czechoslovakians, guy was an interior decorator.
Chris: "His house looked like shit"

Paulie: "What are you going to do? Eat ketchup packs?
Chris: "We shoulda stopped at Roy Rogers"
Paulie: "And I shoulda fucked Dale Evans but I didn't"

Paulie: "how bout that Cuban missile crisis, cocksuckers flew four nuclear warheads into Cuba, pointed them right at us
Chris: "That was real? I saw that movie I thought it was bullshit"

My favorite is, "Psychology and cunnilinguis brought us to this!"

Chris, “what if he’s the one hunting us?”
    Paulie, “with what? His cock?”
