    This is strange:

    https://deadspin.com/sb-nation-as-blogger-let-go-after-tweeting-about-wantin-1831647946

What makes it strange are not the tweets, but the bizarre behavior over many years that almost certainly would have gotten her fired from SBNation before now but wasn't revealed, apparently, until after the Murray tweets, which, in a now-deleted FB post, Rainwater said was fabricated.

    This situation seems...very odd.

Good Tebow, that's one of the most bizarre stories I've ever read.

Surprising it went on this long given the editorial standards at SB Nation and how invested both parties were in not embarrassing themselves...

Good thing she didn't tweet that at Trevor Bauer.

This is certainly a cluster****, but it’s not all that surprising. Some people live in their own universe, and the odds are we all have or will work with a handful of them. Hopefully, the experience is brief and handled appropriately by the employer. In this business, that’s a big assumption, unfortunately.

This may sound crazy, but sadly there's probably a small paper or website out there that'll hire her based on resume and without doing any searches or checks on her

People like that don't work for small papers. And by "people like that' I mean most SBNation freelancers. They'd never stoop to preps. They'd rather work for raisins and crackers being the 96th journalist covering a mid-level baseball team.
