    This week on the stock market is like the old joke about the guy who goes to the races, bets $2 on the first race, wins, starts doubling up and wins like eight times in a tow. Last race, he's got a hundred grand on a 20-1 shot, and it loses by a nose. Goes home, wife asks how he did, and he says, "Ahh, I lost two dollars." A lot of wild swings adding up to a relatively modest gain or loss, depending on how today finishes.

    Yeah the markets had a good week! The Dow is down 6.6 percent for the year but hey it's had a good three days! Nevermind being down 13 percent since October plus 70 points today!

    My portfolio is about $400-$600 off its highs.

    I'm only 8.5 percent in stocks these days. Let the fucker drop to 12,000 for all I care. Then I'll buy the canyon.
