Here's Francesa when asked about the Head Coach of the only power conference football program in his own state:

What percentage of his callers are just trolling Francesa now?

The only reason Francesa came back at a discount-- and has an app -- is to get a piece of the sports betting pie.

I was trying to figure out why anyone would ever need a sports talk radio thread … and then I saw who made the first post.

Our local Fox Sports Radio affiliate switched to music a few weeks ago. It came out that the ESPN radio affiliate was quadrupling FSR's ratings.
I find the current crop of ESPN hosts well-nigh unlistenable.
The Rich Eisen show is still hanging on, though it only airs in NYC out of the top 10 radio markets, and only on 40 stations total: Radio Stations . It's also apparently simulcast on Roku?!?

I can't imagine another sports talk radio station that has a bigger "guy talk" ratio than KSPN 710 in Los Angeles. It's not even guy talk, more "how was your weekend/twitter account" talk. In the history of sports talk radio, I would bet folding money that no defending super bowl champ is discussed less on their flagship than the Rams on this station.
