    I'm sure others here will vouch for my minority bonafides, right?

    And yes, my parents taught me that (in their view) the way to advance was to play by the rules in place; which means assimilate and "don't make waves." As a middle-aged parent now, it wasn't the perfect way, but with a few adjustments, it is the path of least resistance.

    On the radio a clip of Big Brother was played in which she signed off as Julie Chen-Moonves. Haven't read anything about it. Expected it would have been a bigger deal.

    She stopped doing that after that episode. Not sure if she made her point, or if she was told she couldn't continue making her point.

    I don't know what I would think if I were Chen. All of the accusations predate her relationship with Moonves. Hopefully her reaction is "I settled him down, he's a better person now," rather than just blindly disbelieving the accusers.
