Marketing Intern at Pinehurst Resort

SUMMARY:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years in university or college experience in one of the following fields: communications, social or new media, journalism, or marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work hand in hand with the media relations/social media manager in the day-to-day creation and scheduling of content.
• Research and provide ideas for social media
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics
• Help coordinate and manage various video and photo shoots and media events.
• Support and assist with the development and execution of media and PR efforts for the opening of the Pinehurst Brewery and Pinehurst No. 4
• Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Employee Partners.

· Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.
· Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions.
· Perform other job duties as assigned.

No, but the pool will be open from 1:00 to 1:15 on Intern Day.

 

Pinehurst is one of my all-time favorite places and I'm not even a golfer.
