    Do they provide dental care in prison? Because apparently there is no dental plan for South Dakota teachers.

    I'm not sure we've seen 20 years before. But, the victim is a special ed student, and she contacted him after being told by the courts not to.

    Can’t special ed mean something pretty benign, like “bad at math?” Or does it always mean developmentally disabled?

    Not saying she doesn’t deserve jail time, I’m just wondering if the term implies the kid was less aware of what was happening.
