Any indictments having to do with collusion with Russia?

Everyone knows, that if you get a special prosecutor -- for anything -- they will get indictments, which is exactly why you don't want one, and don't want to be the guy who leads to one being appointed.

Add to that their repeated murder of America and it's an uphill climb.

Guess we have to dig him up and fire him from 60 Minutes.

As much as you really really really really really hope and wish, this has a long way to go.

We’re not even close to halftime yet.

First, the exhumation. Then the firing. All in due time.

    Who should Mueller's VP be?

I'd put pretty good odds on Moore never serving in the Senate.

    The investigation is not closed.

Not really. O’Keefe is a fraud and should never be mentioned in the same sentence with journalism.

He’s repeatedly been exposed as a fraud. I know the news cycle is loaded and moves quickly, but the Moore/WaPo story was just a week ago.

I’d like to agree. He’s not fit to serve.

But he’s going to get elected. And the current spine of the Party of Trump is... well, non-existent. They’ll cave, seat him and find him OK after a short ethics investigation.

Would be delighted to be wrong.

    Because he loses?

It's looking less and less likely that the Senate would not seat him.

Maybe they expel him, but how long does that take, and he'd serve in the meantime, right?

I do think the Franken resignation will put more pressure on Republicans to try to force him out, but as we've seen, that's not easy.

Maybe they give him no committee assignments, and try to freeze him out until he quits.

The other thing hanging over all of this is.. who's next. We know Conyers and Franken aren't the only two. In fact, Franken probably is on the lower end of the scale of what sone of these guys have done.

Both sides have been reluctant to set a precedent on what behavior will not be tolerated, because they're insure who they might have to apply any new standard to next.
