Similar to Jose Bautista's (probable) last game in Toronto last Sunday, one of the most popular - and polarizing - athletes in recent memory here and even if he - and the team - have had a dismal season he got the sendoff he deserved from the fans over the last homestand of the season.

I feared Bautista like few other players during the Royals run. If they had a bullpen and didn't throw out Dickey in Game 4, they probably win the ALCS in 2015.

If that fucking guy in the right field stands doesn't turn that Moustakas double into a home run in the second inning of Game 6 the Jays win that fucking series #StillBitter #JaysFanboiLooser

Winning run. Third base. No outs. Stranded.

And George Brett scared the crap out of Jays fans in the ALCS 30 years earlier

Kansas City whacks Eiland and Wakamatsu while Ned Yost admits running a game is not one of his strengths. I guess Ned has lost his brains. At least the franchise admitted its going into rebuild mold.

Fascinated to see how Francona uses Clevinger and maybe Salazar out of the bullpen this postseason. He'll have the deprh to pull the plug on any starter as early as he wants and replace him with a guy who throw 96 and can go 5-6 innings. And he'll still have Miller sitting out there to put out any fires.
