A bit of a comedown from last week’s loaded schedule, but here’s the lineup for Week 2. Lots of 3- and 4-touchdown home favorites on the board.

As always, all point spreads from ESPN’s odds page and all times Eastern:

    Friday

    Louisville (-14.5) at Syracuse, 8 p.m, ESPN2

    Saturday

Central Florida (+35.5) at Michigan, noon, ABC

Penn State (+5) at Pittsburgh, noon, ESPN

North Carolina State (-5) at East Carolina, noon, ESPNU

Cincinnati (-6) at Purdue, noon, Big Ten Network

    Utah State (+16.5) at USC, 2 p.m., Pac-12 Network

Tulsa (+28.5) at Ohio State, 3:30 p.m., ABC

    Kentucky (+16.5) at Florida, 3:30 p.m., CBS

Nevada (+27.5) at Notre Dame, 3:30 p.m., NBC

    Western Kentucky (+28.5) at Alabama, 3:30 p.m., ESPN2

Wake Forest (+5) at Duke, 3:30 p.m., ESPNU

Connecticut (+3.5) at Navy, 3:30 p.m., CBS Sports Network

    Arkansas (+7.5) at TCU, 7 p.m., ESPN

    South Carolina (+6.5) at Mississippi State, 7 p.m., ESPN2

Georgia Southern (-13) at South Alabama, 7 p.m., American Sports Network

    BYU (+3) at Utah, 7:30 p.m., Fox

Arkansas State (+19) at Auburn, 7:30 p.m., SEC Network

Iowa State (+15) at Iowa, 7:30 p.m., Big Ten Network

North Carolina (-9.5) at Illinois, 7:30 p.m., Big Ten Network

Tennessee (-10.5) vs. Virginia Tech (at Bristol Motor Speedway), 8 p.m., ABC

Texas Tech (+3) at Arizona State, 10 p.m., Fox Sports 1

    Washington State (+12.5) at Boise State, 10:15 p.m., ESPN2

Cal (+7.5) at San Diego State, 10:30 p.m., CBS Sports Network

    Virginia (+25) at Oregon, 10:30 p.m., ESPN

Eastern Washington also plays at North Dakota State in what should be a wildly entertaining FCS game (3:30 p.m., ESPN Extra). No line, obviously.

This is the price way pay for a great opening week. I'm OK with it.

Oh, there's a line on EWU and NDSU somewhere.

At the early glance, two REALLY stick out.

IOWA -15 vs. Iowa State. The Cyclones will get blown out. Iowa also didn't cover last week so I think that'll end. If they would have beaten Miami OH by 35, they'd be favored by 24 vs Cy.

Ohio U +3 at KANSAS. Kansas had not won in a year and a half. They beat a lousy Rhode Island team. Ohio U. is pissed for laying an egg in the opener.

I fully expect the favorites who blew it last week to bounce back ATS in Week 2 against the cupcakes.

Yeah, but I don't have access to the Fargo Elks Club sports book.

Kinda wish there was a feed for the stands at Penn St-Pitt. That has potential to be an NC-17 shitshow.

I'm actually not going for that reason. Got tickets for the Clemson road trip instead.

I'll take Texas Tech to cover at Arizona State.
I'll take Tulsa to cover at Ohio State.
I'll take Oregon to cover vs Virginia.
