Murdering someone in cold blood is not a Second Amendment right.

And all the worse since it's a pretty white girl.

Who are the ugly black singers shot and killed after a show? Tupac, I think, was pretty good-looking.

This is one reason why I am glad I am not famous in this day and age.

John Lennon, Sharon Tate and Rebecca Schaeffer would say otherwise.

Terrible tragedy, but let's not make it sound like this type of crime started yesterday.

Tupac wasn't shot after a show but to your point Notorious BIG?

Yes. And, as I recall, his death by shooting received substantial attention.

Good point - but the newer dimension to this is social media revealing exactly where someone is, or is going to be, so it makes it far easier for targets to be hunted.

The TV reporter and cameraman at Smith Mtn Lake, VA come to mind too.

If you want to have a thread about celebrities killed, obsession, and social media, that's one thing.

But, if you are going to call her "collateral damage" in regards to the Second Amendment, then I wonder why you chose her, and not someone else.

And, btw, is there any collateral damage from the Fifth Amendment?
