CNN saying likely a bomb that took it down. Yikes.

Like many of these events it's a fast moving story changing news cycle. I'm not ready to jump to that conclusion yet.

Public officials in two countries, Egypt and Russia, have said it was probably a bomb. If CNN reported their comments, that's not jumping to conclusions by a news outlet. it's jumping to conclusions by the officials. Plane fell in clear and quiet skies. It's way more likely than not some human action was the cause, although no group has taken credit for it yet, and IS usually does so right out of the box.

When I was getting out of the car this morning, I heard a report that from Greek officials that their radar had tracked the last few moments of the flight. It suddenly turned left, then spun right, and fell 27,000 feet. An expert mentioned something about systems failing, but did not suggest whether that was consistent with a bomb.

Also, the Greeks have found some parts.

Plane departs from a city plagued with terror cells, drops like a stone during the safest portion of flight, with no mayday call, and some are offended when others leap to the obvious conclusion:

    The motive is unknown.

Aren't you the one who hates it when the media jumps to conclusions?

What exactly would you expect President Trump to do?

Also, what would a President Trump do? Better hide the football.

    Is Trump in the media?

I don't like it when the media is incurious, and rely on preestablished narratives to explain events.

But your OK when a potential president does?
