    I've heard him for a long time on the Only a Game podcast, and he doesn't look anything at all like I thought he would. Voice totally doesn't match the looks.

    The biggest over-writer of our time. I have never understood the effusive praise thrown his way. He has probably inspired more bad impressions among aspiring writers than anyone this side of Simmons. If you mashed them together, you might have a perfectly concise, entertaining writer.

    I agree on the bad impressions thing, but I think Pierce pulls off the "overwriting." I appreciate his style; I just don't agree with 99 percent of the content.
