Nebraska on my mind: Bruce and Omaha

    Seeing Bruce tomorrow night in KC for the second time, and then we're heading to Omaha for a weekend trip on Friday.

    Any beer or food tips for Omaha?

    Actually, I just this week watched Kix Brooks' Steakout show featuring Omaha. Whiskey Steak from the legendary Gorat's looks great, while Johnny's is the go-to place in town.

    We found a really good little place. Really dark and quiet and old. Even had a kids menu and a killer wine list. Brother Sebastion's. Really great ribeye. Wife had a well above average filet.
