Sorry for the snark Dick, I usually stay away from that. Hamilton has some impressive accomplishments to his credit, but no. To me, it's more wondering "What If" he hadn't got sick.

I think you've indicated previously, dm, that you are working or did work in the Metroplex. If so, you would probably know much more about the man's character than myself. Is he or was he a jerk? I have no idea. However, I have sympathy for people with diseases of his sort.

 

In reference to the other thread, I have no idea who Lena Dunham is.

 

I never did a lot of Rangers stuff, but I know he was the snide, sarcastic type a lot of the time and he tried to play games with reporters.

The one time I got a freelance assignment to do a feature on him, he was in the middle of a horrendous slump and he was a total dick at first. After I asked a couple questions that made him decide I wasn't a complete idiot and that I wasn't writing some sort of rip job, he got a little better. But you could see he was suspicious of pretty much everyone he came into contact with.

As for his character, I think his actions speak for themselves. BTW, I am on the record on one or another of the Josh Hamilton threads as saying his marriage ends when the big checks stop coming.
